Team Behind the Advanced Research Depository
The Advanced Research Depository (ARD) is a collaborative initiative developed under the seed money project titled “Design, Development, and Maintenance of Advanced Research Depository at Bihar Agricultural University.” The project aims to create a centralized digital platform to document, showcase, and manage all ongoing and completed research projects undertaken by the University’s departments, research centres, and constituent colleges.

Dr. Anil Kumar Singh provides strategic leadership and institutional guidance to the research and innovation ecosystem of Bihar Agricultural University, Sabour. In his capacity as Director Research, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening the University's research programmes, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and facilitating effective coordination among its departments, research centres, and constituent colleges.
His leadership is instrumental in promoting a systematic, transparent, and technology-enabled approach to research management, with emphasis on effective documentation, dissemination, and utilization of scientific knowledge. He provides valuable guidance in establishing mechanisms for the systematic compilation and digital preservation of research activities and outcomes across the University.
As part of the Advanced Research Depository initiative, his vision and institutional guidance contribute significantly to developing a centralized and sustainable digital repository of agricultural research, enabling researchers, students, administrators, policymakers, and other stakeholders to access and utilize the University's research outputs more efficiently.
His support and leadership provide the institutional foundation and strategic direction necessary for the successful development, implementation, and long-term sustainability of the Advanced Research Depository.
